  • Practice interviews and interview preparation

Community Resource Navigation

Depending on individual needs and available community resources, we may help identify or connect families with:

  • Food assistance and community food resources

  • Housing and rental resources

  • Healthcare and community health services

  • Transportation resources

  • Schools and educational resources

  • English-language and skills-development programs

  • Employment and workforce services

  • Faith and community organizations

  • Legal and immigration resources through qualified providers

  • Other nonprofit, governmental, and community-based programs

We believe people should not have to figure everything out alone. Sometimes the most valuable assistance is simply having someone who can help identify where to start and make the right connection.

New Beginning Assistance

Based on available funding, established eligibility guidelines, and individual circumstances, assistance may help with needs such as:

  • Food and essential household items

  • First month's rent or other initial housing-related needs

  • Basic necessities needed when establishing a household

  • Transportation-related needs

  • Employment-related necessities

  • Other critical transition expenses approved by the organization

Financial assistance is based on demonstrated need and the availability of charitable funds and is not guaranteed. Whenever possible, we will also connect individuals with existing community resources that can provide longer-term support.
